Caring about your comfortable stay and the highest standard of our services, we encourage you to read the following information:

  1. In case of an emergency situation threatening life, health or property occurring between 10:00 p.m. - 8:00 a.m. call:

  2. The hotel day lasts from 4:00 p.m. on the first day of guest's stay until 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
  3. ~There is a possibility of early check-in and late check-out. For this purpose, please contact the Reservations Department or the Information Desk.
  4. At check-out, Guests are required to leave an information tag on the outside of the apartment door or inform the Information Desk about the check-out.
  5. Night silence lasts from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m..
  6. Smoking of tobacco products and e-cigarettes is strictly prohibited in the apartment (excluding the balcony). Failure to comply with the ban will result in a charge to the guest in the amount of 1000PLN in accordance with the Regulations of the facility (§9 point 1).
  7. The Information Desk is open from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. (see map below).
  8. You are welcome to our Wellness Zone, which includes an indoor Jacuzzi, outdoor Jacuzzi and sauna area (map below). The Wellness Zone (the Jacuzzi area) is open daily from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. On weekends and during vacations the saunas are open from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. On other days, the saunas are available upon request and your desire to use them must be requested one hour in advance at the Information Desk.
  9. Ski equipment storage is prohibited in the apartment and in the hallways. You are welcome to use our ski room (see map below).
  10. We invite our youngest Guests (along with their guardians) to the Playroom (see map below).
  11. A laundry service is available. For more information, please contact the Information Desk (see map below).
  12. Additional cleaning of the apartment is possible after ordering the service at the Information Desk (at least 24 hours in advance). Full service is charged 150 PLN.
