In accordance with Article 13 (1) and (2) of the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016. (hereinafter RODO), we inform you that:

  1. The Administrator of your personal data is Platan Hotels & Management Bukowina Sp. z o.o., Poleczki 23 Street, 02-822 Warsaw, registered in the National Court Register kept by the XIII Economic Department of the National Court Register in Warsaw under the KRS number 0001014567, NIP: 951-255-93-47.
  2. The Administrator has appointed a Personal Data Inspector, who can be contacted by e-mail: iod@platanhotels.pl
  3. Your personal data will be processed in order to use the services of the hotel on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) of the RODO.
  4. The recipients of your personal data will be associates and employees of the Administrator within the scope of their official duties on the basis of authorization, as well as entities authorized to obtain information on the basis of the law.
  5. Your personal data will not be transferred to third parties/organizations.
  6. Your personal data will be stored for 10 years. You have the right to access the content of your data and the right to rectify, erase, restrict processing, the right to object, the right to data portability.

  8. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the legality of the processing performed on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
  9. You have the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority - the Office for Personal Data Protection, if you consider that the processing of personal data concerning you violates the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016.
  10. Your provision of personal data is voluntary, but necessary for the purpose of realization of the subject of the contract. Refusal to do so may result in denial of the service. 11. your data will not be processed in an automated manner, including in the form of i.e. no decisions that produce legal effects or similarly significantly affect a person will be based solely on automatic processing of personal data and do not involve such an automated decision.
